Unlike earlier versions that required a PC or USB modem setup, this release runs natively on a smartphone, answering calls automatically and engaging patients with natural, GPT-powered conversations. It demonstrates how the assistant books, reschedules, and cancels appointments through Google Calendar in real time, while maintaining a professional receptionist tone.
The session also discusses the broader impact: freeing clinics from missed calls, providing true mobility (no dedicated PC required), and opening the door to 24/7 AI reception without extra infrastructure. By showing both the backend logic and the Android integration, this webinar proves how v9 moves the project from prototype to a deployable mobile product that clinics can use today.
