This postgraduate research explores the unique challenges that start-up organisations face in project management within the UK context. Using a qualitative methodology, the study involved semi-structured interviews with project managers from various UK start-ups. Through thematic analysis, the research identified recurring challenges such as resource constraints, communication difficulties, and the balance between agility and structure. The findings offer insights and recommendations for improving project management practices in start-up environments.
